Group Therapy: It is a therapy model that consists of a specific number of people and continues with weekly sessions to support individuals in resolving their emotional difficulties, past challenging experiences, and life problems. 

Group Work for Individual Development: It is a short-term psycho-educational work created to work on common themes. Examples include:
