We would like to inform you about the progress of our therapy process:

Therapy is a process in which the therapist and the client work in collaboration, in line with ethical principles.

You can ask your therapist questions about their approach, training and experience.

What is discussed in therapy is protected by the principle of confidentiality. However, in cases of abuse, risk of harm to self/others or life-threatening situations, or if legal authorities ask your therapist to testify, relevant information may be shared with the necessary authorities without your consent.

When necessary, your therapist may share your data with colleagues in supervision (case consultation) or trainings, keeping your identifying information private.

Your therapist may recommend that you see a psychiatrist if necessary.

The session duration is 50 minutes.

You are responsible for keeping your appointments. The success of the therapy depends on your consistent, active participation and the right interventions.

It is important that you do not come to the sessions under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

In online sessions, you should be in an environment where you will not be disturbed.

If your therapist arrives late, your session will be held for 50 minutes as scheduled. If you arrive late, your therapist will not extend the session and the session will be completed in its normal time.

If you are unable to attend the session, you are expected to inform us about the cancellation up to 24 hours before the session time. Sessions not canceled on time are considered valid and a fee will be charged.

No part of the session may be recorded without prior notification and no one else may listen to the session (by phone or other means).

During and after the psychotherapy process, all the information you have shared in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law, especially our confidentiality obligation, will not be shared with third parties unless you request it and except in exceptional cases; the client / client's parent / guardian of the client is also clearly informed verbally.

All tests to be performed during psychotherapy are destroyed at the end of the specified period due to our legal obligations.
